Job Description
:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across various technologies
.Key Responsibilities
:Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycl
eSource candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platform
sWork on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirement
sScreen and shortlist candidates based on client requirement
sCoordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and client




sNegotiate salary/rates and close position
sMaintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidate
sEnsure timely submissions and closure
sRequired Skills
:Strong understanding of US IT recruitmen
tHands-on experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
)Positive knowledge of visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, etc.
)Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
sAbility to work in a fast-paced environmen
tPreferred Skills
:Experience in working with direct clients / implementation partner
sStrong negotiation and closure skill
sAbility to handle multiple requirements simultaneousl
