Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and technically solid Territory Technical Head – Industrial Automation & BMS to lead the technical and academic operations across the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for managing technical trainers, ensuring training quality, developing industry-relevant curriculum, conducting technical evaluations, and supporting branch-level technical requirements.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in PLC, SCADA, HMI, DCS, VFD, Industrial Automation, Building Management Systems (BMS) and related technologies, along with strong leadership and team-management skills.

Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Leadership
Lead and manage the technical operations of Industrial Automation and BMS across the assigned territory.
Provide technical guidance and support to trainers and branch technical teams.
Ensure consistent technical standards across all branches.




Monitor and evaluate the technical capabilities of trainers.
2. Industrial Automation
Strong expertise in:
PLC Programming
SCADA
HMI
DCS
VFD
Industrial Sensors & Instrumentation
Control Panels
Industrial Communication Protocols
Automation Troubleshooting
Guide trainers in practical and project-based training.
Ensure students receive hands-on exposure to industrial automation systems.
3. BMS Technical Operations
Lead BMS training and technical activities across the territory.
Strong knowledge of:
HVAC Controls
Building Automation Systems
DDC Controllers
Sensors & Actuators
BACnet
Modbus
KNX
Energy Management Systems
BMS Integration
Support the development of practical BMS projects and training modules.
4. Trainer Management
Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate Industrial Automation and BMS trainers.
Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs.
Conduct regular technical assessmen
