About the Role:
We’re looking for someone to join the Founder’s Office at Quests and work closely with the leadership team as we build and scale the platform.
This is not a traditional role. You’ll work across strategy, operations,



editorial, marketing, partnerships, and growth, helping turn ideas into structured, executable projects.

You’ll be responsible for keeping initiatives moving — coordinating teams, tracking timelines, following up on deliverables, solving operational bottlenecks, and helping create the systems and processes required for Quests to scale.

For someone early in their career, this role offers direct exposure to how a media and travel intelligence business is built from the ground up, with the opportunity to take on significantly more ownership as the company grows.

What You’ll Do:
Work closely with the Founder and core team on key projects and business priorities.
Coordinate across editorial, marketing, design, business, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are executed on time.
Own project trackers, timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups across multiple initiatives.
