The Assistant Service Manager reports to the Service Manager in India and he is in close contact with sales colleagues in his assigned territories. His/Her task is to provide support in all technical questions, improves the product and service quality by taking care of Service Partners technical trainings as well as Service partners monitoring and support partners enquiries on parts, warranty claims, credit notes. This person will also generate reports in the area of service excellence, point of installations and management reports.
Tasks
Manages and develops an efficient and long-term service network of Rational Service Partners.
Trains technical staffs of RATIONAL Service Partners
Provides consultation in technical questions and issues by phone or on-site
Handles installation services enquires or provides consultation services in office
Administers and follow up of warranty notifications
Reports and tracks quality issues
Coaches and conducts audit of Service Partners.
Conducts customers visits
Drives customer satisfactory survey
Drives point of installation
Coordinates retrofit activities and handle product incidents (Product Surveillance)
Quality and management reporting (KPI/Service Excellence)
Participates at exhibitions and trade fairs
Manages spare part order
Your professional profile
Candidate should possess at least a Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronic Engineering or similar with minimum 5 years of working experience in regional after-sales service operation.
Well-grounded technical know-how (Electrical-Mechanical) paired with advisory skills
