Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our Sales team.
The role involves engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career goals, counseling them on suitable programs, and converting qualified leads into enrollments.
Candidates with experience in EdTech, education, inside sales, academic counseling, or B2C sales will be preferred.



Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to build a career in sales are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective learners through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.
Understand learner backgrounds, career goals, and upskilling requirements.
Counsel prospective learners and recommend relevant AcceleratorX programs.
Explain program curriculum, mentorship, live classes, projects, and career outcomes.
Manage leads from initial interaction through enrollment.
Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Handle learner queries and objections professionally.
Achieve assigned enrollment, revenue, and collection targets.
Maintain accurate lead and sales activity records in the CRM.
Coordinate with the Operations team for smooth learner onboarding.
Maintain a professional and learner-centric approach throughout the sales process.
