Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Test Lead to drive end-to-end Quality Engineering initiatives across enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on expertise in Tricentis Tosca, qTest, NeoLoad, Veracode, GitHub integration, and up-to-date testing practices. This role requires strong leadership capabilities along with deep technical experience in test automation, performance engineering, and application security testing within Agile/DevOps environments.
Key Responsibilities
Test Leadership & Strategy
Lead QA teams in planning, designing, and executing comprehensive testing strategies.
Define test plans, test approaches, and quality metrics for enterprise applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and DevOps teams to ensure quality objectives are met.
Mentor and guide QA engineers on best practices, automation frameworks,



and testing methodologies.
Test Automation
Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca.
Implement risk-based and model-based test automation strategies.
Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
Analyze automation coverage and drive improvements in test efficiency and quality.
Test Management
Manage test cases, test execution cycles, defects, and reporting using qTest.
Establish end-to-end traceability between requirements, test cases, defects, and releases.
Generate quality dashboards and provide testing status reports to stakeholders.
Performance Testing
Design and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing using Tricentis NeoLoad.
Analyze performance bottlenecks and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for optimization.
