About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Business Head to lead Soulflower’s Key Accounts
The ideal candidate will be a solid commercial leader with proven experience in managing a ₹100+ crore business, driving profitable growth, and leading multiple business functions and teams. The candidate should have the ability to build and execute growth strategies across digital and offline channels while owning the overall business P&L.;

Key Responsibilities

Own the overall Key Accounts, including revenue, profitability, growth and market share.
Lead and manage a business of atleast ₹100+ crore, with complete ownership of the business P&L.;
Develop and execute the annual and long-term business strategy across all channels.
Identify new business opportunities, channels, partnerships and geographic expansion opportunities.
Drive channel-wise assortment, pricing, promotions, visibility and growth strategies.




Ensure effective forecasting and monitor key business metrics including revenue, margins, contribution, market share, customer acquisition, repeat rate, inventory and working capital.
Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics for business managers and respective teams.
Build scalable processes and systems to support the next phase of Soulflower’s growth.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a strong business leader and P&L; owner, not just a sales or channel head.
The candidate should have:

Vision & Strategic Thinking: Ability to define a clear business vision to the team based on annual operating plan, set long-term goals, and translate them into actionable annual and quarterly business plans.
Strong Business & Commercial Acumen: Excellent understanding of business mathematics, financial metrics, unit economics, margins, pricing, profitability, and commercial decision-making.
Goal Orientation & Execution: Ability to set clear
