Job Description
The Nationwide Property and Casualty, Sales Technology Solutions team is seeking a seasoned Software Engineer to lead a team of developers offshore and drive strategic data initiatives.
This resource will support Sales Data Mart and Sales IQ applications.
This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills,



and the ability to work across functions to align business needs with scalable solutions.
Candidates should have strong communication skills and work well within a team environment.
Applicant must have strong analytical skills, the ability to troubleshoot, ability to prioritize tasks as well as multitask, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders will be key.
Technology stack includes Databricks, Teradata, Informatica, DIF (PERL), UAC (Scheduling), Legacy/Mainframe, Unix, GitHub Actions, Harness, UCD (code deployment), Tosca, Oracle & SQL server.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using Informatica, Teradata, SQL, Perl, and Databricks.
Lead development efforts and mentor junior team members.
