Role Overview

We are seeking a young, dynamic, and hands‑on Marketing Manager to lead brand building and campaign efforts. This role is ideal for a self‑starter who thrives on fresh, out‑of‑the‑box ideas, can drive high‑impact campaigns on lean budgets, and is equally comfortable managing retail sales growth and online presence.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Building: Strengthen brand identity across retail, digital, and outdoor channels.
Campaigns & Advertising: Conceptualize, plan, and execute campaigns that boost footfall, engagement, and recall.
Low-Cost Initiatives: Design creative, cost‑productive activations (social, partnerships, influencer collaborations) with strong ROI.
Retail Sales Growth: Drive marketing initiatives that translate into footfall and sales across stores.
Digital Presence: Own social media, e‑commerce marketing, and online brand consistency.
Campaign ROI: Track, report, and optimize campaign performance.
Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with sales, retail, and design teams for aligned launches.
Market Watch:



Monitor competitor activity, fashion trends, and consumer preferences.

Desired Skills & Competencies

2–6 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or related fields (fashion/retail/apparel preferred).
Proven ability to deliver impactful campaigns on limited budgets.
Strong grasp of social media, digital marketing, and e‑commerce platforms.
Comfortable with data analysis (campaign metrics, ROI, sales impact).
Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
Energetic, proactive, and entrepreneurial approach to problem‑solving.

Qualification

Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
