We are looking for an experienced Corporate Trainer to strengthen the communication, confidence and professional effectiveness of our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular training sessions for internal teams.
Improve verbal and written business communication.
Train teams on skilled etiquette and executive-level interactions.
Conduct role plays, mock conversations and practical exercises.
Coach team members on confidence, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Identify individual development areas and provide structured feedback.
Develop training material and learning programs for new and existing employees.
Support onboarding and continuous capability development.
Track training effectiveness and employee improvement.
Who We're Looking For
3–8 years of experience in Corporate Training, L&D;, Communication Training or Sales Training.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
Strong coaching and facilitation capabilities.
Experience training young and growing teams.
Ability to conduct practical, high-energy training sessions.
Strong understanding of professional communication and workplace etiquette.
Experience in B2B, technology, consulting or professional services is preferred.
