Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with 5 to 10 years of experience in the Digital Banking domain, specializing in post-sales implementation and delivery. In this role, you will bridge the gap between client business objectives and technical implementation teams, driving functional discovery, system configuration, integration workflows, and solution go-live across enterprise banking environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Implementation & Requirement Engineering (Post-Sales)
Lead post-sales functional discovery workshops with client business units, IT heads, and compliance teams to capture requirements and author comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and User Stories.
Map current state vs. future state business processes, defining gaps between out-of-the-box (OOTB)



product capabilities and client-specific customization needs.
Manage functional scope during project execution, perform impact analysis on change requests (CRs), and secure formal sign-offs from client business leads.
2. Digital Banking Solutioning
Apply functional expertise across Digital Banking channels—including Mobile Banking Apps, Internet Banking (Retail & Corporate), Payment Gateways (UPI, NEFT/RTGS, IMPS, SWIFT), Digital Onboarding/eKYC, and Loan Origination Systems.
Design end-to-end user journeys, Wireframes, and System Integration workflows connecting digital channels with Core Banking Systems (CBS) and third-party APIs.
Collaborate closely with solution architects, UI/UX designers, and engineering teams to ensure functional delivery matches approved specifications.
3. Client & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary functional point of contact for external bank stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
