We are looking for a highly motivated Tech Lead / Engineering Manager with strong expertise in C#, .NET, and Angular to lead software product development initiatives and high-performing engineering teams. The ideal candidate will combine technical excellence with people leadership, project ownership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
This role requires hands-on technical leadership, team development, delivery management, and collaboration with global cross-functional teams to drive innovation and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 5-15 software engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
Drive end-to-end software development projects ensuring quality, scalability, and on-time delivery.
Partner with product owners, stakeholders, and global teams to align priorities and execution plans.
Prepare project plans, effort estimates, schedules, and track project milestones.
Conduct performance reviews, goal setting, coaching, and career development discussions.
Foster a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive engineering culture.
Support hiring,



onboarding, and training of new team members.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
Drive Agile best practices, sprint planning, estimation, and delivery governance.
Explore and adopt emerging technologies, including AI-driven solutions, to improve development efficiency and product capabilities.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
Strong experience in C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core
Hands-on experience with Angular
Good knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Development
Experience in building enterprise-scale software applications
Experience with REST APIs and modern web application architecture
Familiarity with source code management tools such as Git/Azure DevOps

2+ years of experience managing and mentoring software engineers.
