Vigilant Technologies looking for Sales Managers to drive direct enterprise sales across our Security, Fire Safety, Telecom and ELV/BMS portfolio in Mumbai (1 Nos), Pune (1 Nos), Chennai (1 Nos), Bengaluru (1 Nos) and Kerala (1 Nos) . This role is best suited to someone with hands-on enterprise sales experience for technical, project-based solutions, owning the full sales cycle, and closing large-value deals directly with enterprise clients or though channel partners/SI. Products: Enterprise-grade CCTV & Video Surveillance solutions Access Control systems Fire Safety & fire detection solutions Telecom infrastructure – EPABX, IP-PABX, Gateways Passive Networking (structured cabling, racks, patch panels, etc.) Other ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and BMS (Building Management Systems) solutions If you've sold enterprise-grade CCTV, fire safety or related ELV products from brands like Bosch, Axis, Tyco, Pelco, I-PRO, Honeywell or similar and you're comfortable engaging CXOs, facility heads and consultants on solution requirements, this role is built for you. Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop direct enterprise accounts as well as channel partner/SI network Own the full sales cycle lead generation, solution presentation, proposal, commercial negotiation and closure Engage directly with CXOs, facility/admin heads, IT heads, and procurement teams to understand requirements and position the right solution Build relationships with consultants and architects who influence project specifications Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to design solutions and prepare BOQs/proposals for large accounts Manage account-level pipeline, forecasting, and revenue targets on a monthly/quarterly basis Track competitor activity, pricing, and market intelligence in the ELV/security/telecom space Ensure smooth handover to project/implementation teams post order closure and support key account relationships thereafter Preferred Candidates: 3–5 years of experience in direct enterpris
