ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a confident and results-oriented Education Counsellor to engage with prospective candidates and parents, understand their career goals and requirements, and assess their suitability for our programme. The role involves counselling, tele-calling, lead follow-ups, handling queries and objections, and converting qualified leads into enrolments.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, interpersonal, convincing, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to understand candidate needs and effectively communicate the value of our programme. Prior experience in education counselling, admissions, lead generation, inside sales, or a similar role is preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Connect with potential candidates and their parents through calls and other communication channels.
* Understand the candidate’s educational background, career goals, interests,



and expectations.
* Explain our programme, including its structure, benefits, opportunities, and overall value.
* Counsel candidates and parents and address their questions, concerns, and objections effectively.
* Build trust and establish robust relationships with prospective candidates and parents.
* Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the decision-making process.
* Convert qualified leads into programme enrolments.
* Conduct tele-calling with prospective candidates and parents from the assigned lead database.
* Identify the needs, interests, and concerns of potential candidates and provide suitable guidance.
* Assess whether a candidate is suitable for our programme based on their background, interests, career goals, and overall profile.
* Analyse and prioritise leads based on candidate suitability and likelihood of conversion.
