About the Role

At OnActuate, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building solid customer relationships, and expanding market presence.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, lead generation, solution selling,



and achieving sales targets while collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success.

Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories, industries, and target accounts.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, referrals, partner channels, and industry events.
Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to understand customer needs.
Engage with decision-makers and stakeholders to position the company's solutions effectively.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through proposal development, negotiation, contract execution, and deal closure.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and maintain opportunity updates in the CRM.
Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to develop winning sales strategies and proposals.
