We are looking for a Growth and Business Development Associate to build and scale our growth engine across India and the US markets. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in early-stage startups, enjoys taking ownership, and can drive business growth through go-to-market execution, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.

What You'll Do

Growth & Go-To-Market (GTM)
• Develop and execute GTM strategies for India and US markets.
• Identify and validate new growth opportunities, customer segments, and acquisition channels.
• Drive pipeline growth through outbound campaigns, partnerships, events, referrals, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and customer acquisition efficiency.




• Support product launches, feature rollouts, pricing updates, and market expansion initiatives.

Partnerships & Business Development
• Build and manage strategic relationships that contribute to business growth and market expansion.
• Develop and execute partnership programs that drive customer acquisition, revenue opportunities, and brand visibility.
• Create and manage joint go-to-market initiatives with partners.
• Track partnership performance and identify opportunities to improve impact and ROI.
• Establish scalable partnership processes and frameworks.

Market Expansion
• Develop growth initiatives tailored to both India and US markets.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery activities.
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities within the HRTech and AI ecosystem.
• Support expansion into recent customer segments and industries.
