Role Description The Physiotherapy Manager Homecare will oversee and deliver physiotherapy services for seniors receiving home-based care, ensuring high-quality, individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities include assessing clients’ functional status, designing and supervising mobility, strength, balance, and rehab programs, and coordinating closely with trainers to align physiotherapy goals with overall fitness plans.



The role involves managing a small team of therapists or trainers, setting clinical standards, monitoring outcomes, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports. The Physiotherapy Manager Homecare will collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders to support continuity of care and client satisfaction. This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring regular travel to client homes within the service area.
Qualifications
Relevant clinical background with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) from an accredited institution.
Experience of at least 5 years in Physiotherapy. Homecare experience preferred
Proven experience in geriatric physiotherapy, rehab, or homecare services, with strong skills in mobility, strength, balance, and injury prevention programs.
Ability to assess, plan, implement, and monitor individualized treatment programs,
