Role Description The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities, with a focus on clients targeting Tier 2/3 and rural markets. This full-time,



on-site role in Mumbai involves managing the entire business development cycle, including prospecting, client meetings, proposal creation, and contract negotiation. The person in this role will collaborate with internal creative, digital, and strategy teams to develop tailored pitches and integrated solutions that align with client objectives. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining long-term client relationships, tracking market trends, contributing to revenue growth, and representing Eggfirst at industry events and client presentations. The Business Development Manager will also maintain accurate sales pipelines and reports, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent achievement of business targets.
