Role Description The Sports Coach (Freshers) will deliver age-appropriate physical activity sessions for children aged 3 to 12, following Mini Maarvel’s structured programs and safety guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and conducting sports and movement-based classes, demonstrating exercises, supervising groups,



and supporting each child’s progress in coordination, strength, and confidence. The coach will communicate regularly with parents and guardians, maintain session records, and collaborate with the team to refine activities and lesson plans. This is a full time, on-site role based in Pune District, requiring consistent presence during scheduled class hours and occasional special events.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Physical Education and Sports Training, with an understanding of age-specific motor skill development.
Salary - 13,000 to 15,000
Candidates should possess skills in Coaching and Sports Coaching, including the ability to guide groups and individuals in a structured, non-competitive environment.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members.
