Role Overview
We are looking for a energetic Client Servicing Manager who can act as the key bridge between clients and internal creative teams. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end client communication, ensure smooth execution of campaigns, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Understand client briefs and translate them into clear internal deliverables
Coordinate with creative, production, and strategy teams for timely execution
Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals
Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
Prepare presentations, proposals,



and performance reports
Upsell/cross-sell services where relevant and support business growth
Work closely with influencer managers, creators, and talent teams for onboarding, negotiations, and execution
Oversee multiple accounts, budgets, timelines, and deliverables
Guide and mentor junior client servicing executives and account managers

Required Skills & Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in client servicing / account management (media, advertising, digital agency preferred)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Good understanding of digital content, branded campaigns, and media workflows
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
