Site Reliability Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to design, build, and support highly available, scalable, and resilient cloud-native platforms. This role combines software engineering, cloud infrastructure, automation, and operational excellence to ensure critical services meet reliability, performance, and security expectations.
The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in GCP, AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and production support within large-scale distributed environments.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and improve platform reliability, availability, and performance across cloud-native and hybrid environments.
Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, cloud CLIs, and cloud SDKs.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and cloud-native deployment tools.
Automate infrastructure provisioning, application deployments, service requests, and operational workflows.
Provision and manage cloud resources including GCE, GKE, Storage,



Networking, IAM, and related services.
Develop and maintain operational runbooks, monitoring dashboards, and alerting mechanisms.
Configure and enhance observability using tools such as Google Cloud Monitoring (Stackdriver), Datadog, and AppDynamics.
Implement and support blue/green deployment strategies and release automation.
Troubleshoot complex distributed systems, applications, and infrastructure issues.
Participate in on-call rotations, incident management, and production support activities.
Lead post-incident reviews and drive corrective actions to improve service reliability and reduce recurrence.
Collaborate with engineering, security, networking, and platform teams to deliver resilient solutions.

Required Experience & Skills
Technical Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
7-10 years of exp
