Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide timely updates on hiring progress.
Employee Onboarding
Coordinate the onboarding process, including preparation of joining documentation, HRMS updates, and onboarding formalities.
Facilitate orientation sessions and ensure new employees have a smooth and welcoming start to their journey with Nextyn.
Act as a point of contact for new employees during the initial stages of their onboarding.
Employee Engagement
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, surveys, and feedback sessions.
Contribute to initiatives that strengthen employee experience, engagement, and alignment with Nextyn’s values.
Assist in gathering employee feedback and identifying opportunities to improve the workplace experience.
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRMS (KEKA), ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
