? ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts skilled with strong expertise in Project Finance, RERA Compliance, Fund Raising, Banking & Lender Coordination, Financial Reporting and MIS.
The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably within the Real Estate sector, and be capable of managing project-level financial operations and coordinating with banks, financial institutions, consultants and internal stakeholders.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

?️ 1. Project Finance & Day-to-Day Operations:
• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities related to ongoing real estate projects.
• Monitor project-wise budgets, expenditures and fund utilization.
• Prepare project cost reports, cash flow statements and MIS reports.

⚖️ 2. RERA Compliance:




• Ensure timely compliance with all applicable RERA regulations.
• Coordinate with Chartered Accountants and project teams for preparation and certification of Form 3 and Form 5 under RERA.

? 3. Fund Raising, Documentation & Banking Support:

• Assist in arranging project finance, construction finance, working capital facilities and other funding requirements.
• Prepare financial information, project reports, CMA data and documents required by banks, financial institutions and investors.
• Coordinate with lenders, legal advisors, valuers, technical consultants and internal teams for loan processing.

? 4. Pre-Disbursement Compliance:
• Compile and submit documents required for sanction and disbursement of loans.
• Coordinate execution and registration of loan agreements, security documents, mortgage documents and financing documents.
