We are looking for a skilled System Analyst to lead and support the upgrade and
transformation of our core banking system, client communication management
system and digital banking channels including internet and mobile banking
platforms. The role involves managing the full delivery lifecycle — from
requirements definition through to implementation — ensuring enhanced user
experience, robust functionality, and seamless integration across systems.
The candidate will act as the key interface between business users, technology
teams, and vendors to ensure solutions meet strategic objectives and client

1. Tech Business Analysis & Requirements Definition
1. Review Business Requirement document (BRD).
2. Conduct business requirement clarification sessions with product owners, key
users, architect.
3. Document and maintain Functional Specifications (FSD) and User Stories.
4. Walkthrough FSD with business stakeholders to obtain sign off.
5. Walkthrough FSD with development team and review tech solution.
6. Perform as-is / to-be process analysis to identify pain points and
optimization opportunities.
7. Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive user journeys and
interface enhancements.
