Role Description The Design and Tool Room Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmednagar. This role oversees the design and development of stamping tools, dies, and fixtures, ensuring they meet production and quality requirements.



The manager coordinates daily activities in the tool room, including planning workloads, supervising toolmakers, monitoring maintenance of tools, and resolving technical issues on the shop floor. Responsibilities include reviewing customer specifications, preparing and approving design drawings, optimizing tooling for efficiency and safety, and collaborating with production and quality teams to support smooth operations. The role also involves maintaining documentation, managing inventory of tooling and spare parts, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
