Growth Marketing & Lead Generation Intern

About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Growth Marketing & Lead Generation Intern who enjoys connecting with people, identifying business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and contributing to revenue growth.
This is not a conventional social media internship. You will work closely with the leadership team to identify potential clients, startup founders, ecosystem partners, corporates, research institutions, investors, and decision-makers while supporting the complete lead generation and conversion journey.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
Research and identify high-potential startups, MSMEs, corporates, educational institutions, researchers, and ecosystem partners.
Build and maintain qualified lead databases using LinkedIn, websites, industry directories, events, and other platforms.
Identify key decision-makers and relevant contacts.
Organic Marketing & Outreach
Execute organic outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp,



and other professional platforms.
Build meaningful relationships with founders, CXOs, innovation leaders, incubators, investors, and strategic partners.
Generate meetings and partnership opportunities through personalized communication.
Deal Pipeline Management
Qualify inbound and outbound leads.
Maintain and update CRM or lead tracking systems.
Schedule meetings and coordinate follow-ups with prospects.
Support the leadership team throughout the sales and partnership pipeline.
Business Development Support
Assist in identifying collaboration opportunities, strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and current business opportunities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Prepare outreach lists and engagement strategies for target industries.
Deal Conversion Support
Coordinate proposal sharing, presentations, and follow-up communications.
Track deal progress from initial contact to closure.
