Role Description The Business Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kerala, India. The Business Executive will be responsible for generating current business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and promoting the company’s medical equipment and products to healthcare institutions. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating product demonstrations, and following up on leads to achieve sales targets.



The role also involves collaborating with service and backend teams to ensure smooth delivery, installation, and after-sales support. The Business Executive will monitor market trends, maintain accurate sales records, and support the development of strategies to expand the company’s presence in the region.
Qualifications
Proven ability in sales, business development, and client relationship management, preferably in healthcare or medical equipment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage effectively with hospital decision-makers and clinical staff.
Solid organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple accounts, meetings, and follow-ups.
Basic understanding of medical equipment and hospital infrastructure, with willingness to learn product details and technical features.
Comfort working on-site and traveling within Kerala to visit customers and attend meetings as required.
