About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Field Sales Executive to generate new business, build customer relationships, drive product trials, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through market visits, search engines, referrals, and networking.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct 8–10 customer visits per week to introduce products, initiate trials, and convert trials into orders.
Follow up on inquiries, sampling, approvals, trials, and commercial conversions.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Maintain daily reports of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Requirements




Bachelor’s degree / Diploma (B.Com, B.Sc, B.Tech or equivalent).
2–5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in B2B/industrial/manufacturing sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle situations independently and work under pressure.
Good time and people management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Valid two-wheeler license and own vehicle.
Basic proficiency in Google Sheets.
