Role Responsibilities
Client Relationship Leadership-Liaison with offshore and onshore Leadership and executives.
Act as the strategic front face for retail and luxury retail clients, building trusted advisory relationships with Client directors and C-suite, in collaboration with onsite and offshore leadership.
Lead transformation discovery, executive workshops, value-assessment sessions and future-state visioning across commerce, stores, customer experience, data and operations.
Translate complex technology choices into clear business decisions, helping clients understand what to prioritize, why it matters and how value will be realized.
