Role Description This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru (HSR) and is intended for experienced sales professionals specifically from the interior design industry. The sales executive / senior sales manager will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and post-sales relationship management. Daily activities include meeting walk-in and referred clients,



understanding their design and budget requirements, presenting tailored design solutions with the design team, and preparing detailed proposals and quotations. The role involves regular site visits, coordination with project and design teams to ensure client commitments are met, and proactive follow-up to drive conversions and repeat business. The person in this position is expected to maintain accurate sales reports, achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, and represent TheHouseKraft’s brand values in every client interaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in interior design sales, preferably in residential projects, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to understand interior design concepts, materials, finishes, and basic project workflows to communicate confidently with clients.
