Role Overview
We are looking for a Graphic Designer who has hands-on experience designing for political leaders, candidates, or election campaigns, and is comfortable working under tight, high-stakes timelines. The ideal candidate has translated a brand book into consistent, on-ground creative across print, digital, and event collateral, and understands the visual language of political communication — from rally backdrops to social media creative.
Key Responsibilities
• Design creative assets for political campaigns and public figures, including social media graphics, posters, banners, hoardings, pamphlets, and event backdrops.
• Interpret and apply client and internal brand books/guidelines accurately across every deliverable — typography, colour, logo usage, and tone.
• Translate campaign messaging and speeches into visual narratives that work across digital and print formats.
• Collaborate with the content, video, and strategy teams to maintain a consistent visual identity across a campaign or client account.




• Turn around high-volume creative requests quickly during active campaign phases, rallies, and events, including on short notice.
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors/printers for large-format campaign material.
• Support brand book creation and documentation for clients who don't yet have one.
• Travel to campaign sites, events, and client locations across Pune, Solapur, and other assigned regions as required.
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of professional graphic design experience, with demonstrable work for a political leader, candidate, party, or campaign.
• Strong working knowledge of brand books and brand guideline systems, and the discipline to apply them consistently.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; working knowledge of Canva for quick-turnaround social content.
• A portfolio showcasing political or public-affairs creative work is required.
• Comfortable working in a quick-paced, deadline-driven environm
