* Develop refractory design, material selection, and installation methodology
tailored to Steel segment.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety norms, and quality
benchmarks.
* Drive cost optimization, reliability improvements, and heat-loss reduction in
furnace operations.
* Represent the company in technical meetings, audits, and customer
presentations.
* Engage with customers for technical discussions, solution design,
troubleshooting, and project execution.

* B.E. Mechanical,
* 1 to 3 years
* Furnace design, heat transfer, and material behavior knowledge
