About the Role:

Search is no longer just about ranking #1 on a traditional Google results page. As search
engines evolve into answer engines, our strategy must encompass Search Engine
Optimization (SEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization
(GEO), Search Experience Optimization (SXO), and AI Optimization (AIO).
We are looking for a forward-thinking, technical, and data-driven Search Growth Lead to drive
our organic discovery across both traditional search engines (Google, Bing) and AI-driven
platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Overviews). In this role, you will
bridge the gap between technical search architecture, AI visibility, conversion rate optimization,
and brand authority.

Key Responsibilities
1. Traditional & Technical SEO
● Own end-to-end technical, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies to maximize organic
traffic and domain authority.
● Conduct regular technical audits (crawlability, indexability, site speed, Core Web Vitals,
site architecture).




● Execute keyword research and intent mapping to build comprehensive content clusters.
2. Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) & AI Optimization (AIO)
● Optimize company content and entity profiles to ensure top-of-mind recommendations in
generative AI models (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Overviews).
● Build brand citations, authoritative entity nodes, and structured knowledge graphs that AI
crawlers reference.
● Analyze how generative AI models perceive, summarize, and cite our brand compared to
competitors.
3. Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
● Optimize content for zero-click searches, featured snippets, voice search, and
conversational queries (PPA/People Also Ask).
● Direct the creation of structured, Q&A-style; content schema, FAQs, and micro-formatting
to maximize answer engine extraction.
4. Search Experience Optimization (SXO)
● Collaborate with UX/UI and Content teams to merge search intent with seamless user
experience, reducing bounce
