About the Role
UDIT is looking for a proactive, technically skilled, and service-oriented Executive – IT to support the university’s day-to-day IT operations and ensure a seamless technology experience for faculty, staff, and students. This role offers the opportunity to work across end-user support, IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, classroom technology, and device management.
The incumbent will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT assets and user accounts, supporting Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and endpoint management systems, and coordinating with vendors for technical requirements. The role also involves providing IT support during admissions, examinations, events, and other university activities, making it ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting, communication, coordination,



and problem-solving skills who can work effectively in a dynamic academic workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for Windows, macOS, laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals.
Support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, email systems, and user account management.
Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, CCTV, internet, VPN, and basic network-related issues.
Assist with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, endpoint management, device configuration, and deployment.
Install, configure, and support classroom AV equipment, commercial displays, and video conferencing systems.
Maintain IT assets, software inventories, asset records, and technical documentation.
Support backup systems, NAS storage, and basic server infrastructure.
Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for hardware, software, warranty, and maintenance requirements.
Monitor and resolve IT support tickets within defined SLAs.
