Job Purpose:
The role of Fleet Management will be responsible for handling operation for the motorcycle fleet for Brand & Public Relations, manage overall operations including documentation, monthly reporting and other activities for ensuring our fleet operations properly.

Position Overview:

Position Title: Deputy Manager
Reports to: Head - PR & Corp Comm
Function: Brand

What you’ll do:
Overseeing and coordinating for entire motorcycle fleet for Global Brand
Coordination across regions for fleet maintenance, upkeep, transfer of ownerships
Handle new motorcycle registration, insurance, RTO registrations and processes, freigh management
Tracker and record all media and influencer motorcycle fleet and vehicles
Handle and manage Transfer and arrangements for all events and launches in terms of fleet management, coordination with different teams for managing activities
Responsible for Logistics support for rides and events
Handle documentation, maintain and upkeep of folders,



documents; Manager SAP - PR/PO creation and deal with Finance team for payment clearances
Ensure due diligence, proper data management, monthly reporting, custodian of entire database
Any other responsibilities assigned by the team members

What you'll bring:

Experience: 5+ years of experience Prior of working with Logistics /
manufacturing setup

Qualification: Bachelor's degree/ Master's degree
