This internship exists to help build a robust sales pipeline by ensuring:
Every lead gets a quick response
Every customer interaction is handled professionally
Follow-ups are consistent
Customer trust is built through clarity and responsiveness
This is not a passive internship.
You will work directly on customer conversations, sales follow-ups, and occupancy-driven targets.

Your mandate is clear
Support the sales team in handling customer inquiries
Speak to students and parents over calls and WhatsApp
Follow up consistently until closure




Recommend suitable properties based on customer needs
Maintain proper lead updates in CRM
Contribute towards occupancy and bookings
This role is designed to give hands-on exposure to real sales and customer conversion.
