About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, developing new sales channel partners, and bringing in business from EPC and end customers of solar PV solar products. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads and follow them till closing.
- Develop new sales channel partners across the designated region.
- Bring in business from EPC and from end customers of solar PV solar products.
- Call prospects and travel to meet them personally.
- Understand customer’s needs, find solutions, and offer the best solutions.
- Identify events and represent the firm at exhibitions and other PR spaces to increase business presence.
- Maintain close communication and relationship with every customer.
- Provide the Sales Management Team with reports, analysis,



and recommendations to continuously improve the performance of our sales efforts.
- Be constantly updated and informed about new and updated ways to reach clients through physical and digital marketing channels.
- Coordinate with the back office support and logistic team to ensure smooth delivery of components.
- Travel frequently to meet clients and attend events, demonstrating flexibility and commitment.
- Utilize advanced CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot for efficient lead management and sales tracking.
- Present compelling sales pitches to potential clients, showcasing your excellent presentation skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain robust communication skills to build and nurture relationships with clients and partners.
- Demonstrate stability and reliability in your work to ensure consistent performance.
