What you’ll be doing

Innovate: Design and deploy enterprise-scale GenAI, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI workflows.
Architect: Develop, fine-tune, and optimize deep learning and transformer-based models.
Scale: Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of AI initiatives, ensuring MLOps excellence from POC to production.
Lead: Mentor engineers and contribute to our overarching AI/ML strategy and architecture.

Must-Have Skills

Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science & AI/ML.
Tech Stack:



Robust proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and Azure/Databricks ecosystems.
GenAI Expertise: Deep understanding of LLM application development, prompt engineering, and RAG.
Agentic Workflows: Proven experience building AI agents using frameworks like LangGraph or LangChain.
NLP & Deep Learning: Strong foundation in Transformer architectures and NLP techniques.
Experience with Vision Transformers (ViT), CNNs, or Reinforcement Learning.
Governance: A focus on enterprise AI security, compliance, and MLOps best practices.

Good to Have

Experience with Azure / Databricks.
Experience working with enterprise AI security, governance and compliance.
