Role

Lead Soulflower's performance marketing across Meta, Google, and Marketplace Collaborative Ads (CPAS) to drive profitable, scalable growth. This is a high-ownership role for a hands-on performance marketer who can define strategy, optimize campaigns, challenge agencies, and ensure every marketing rupee delivers measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Own performance marketing strategy across Meta, Google, and marketplace channels.
Lead campaigns across Meta (Advantage+, Catalog, DPA, Prospecting, Retargeting, Creator Ads) and Google (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, Display).
Scale Collaborative Ads (CPAS) across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and other marketplaces.
Build channel plans covering budgets, audiences, bidding, creatives, offers, and landing pages.
Manage agencies with explicit KPIs, regular reviews, and strong accountability.
Audit campaign structures, tracking, attribution, audience quality, and optimization opportunities.
Optimize budget allocation to maximize ROAS, profitability, and growth.




Partner with Creative, D2C, Marketplace, and Analytics teams to improve conversion, AOV, retention, and contribution margin.
Build a structured creative testing and scaling framework.
Ensure accurate tracking through GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Merchant Center, and marketplace analytics.
Deliver actionable weekly business reviews with insights, decisions, and growth opportunities.
Stay ahead of platform updates, AI-driven automation, and emerging advertising trends.

Ideal Candidate

7–12 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in D2C, beauty, FMCG, or e-commerce.
Proven track record managing large Meta and Google ad
