Role Description The Engineer – Maintenance (CNC-VMC) is a full-time,
on-site role based at Inled Technologies LLP’s facility in Khandala. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, reliability, and availability of CNC and VMC machines through routine inspections, troubleshooting, and timely repairs. The engineer will plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime, and maintain detailed maintenance records. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring equipment performance, adjusting machine parameters as needed, coordinating with vendors or service providers for specialized repairs, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine efficiency and safety. The role also involves adherence to relevant quality and safety standards, supporting audits, and contributing to optimization of the overall manufacturing process.
