About the Role -
Location: Bangalore/Mumbai
This position requires working from the office (6 days)
What You Will Work On:
Manage a portfolio of 80-100 clients with a current aggregate AUM of ₹100- 125 Cr, with the potential to scale up to ₹200 Cr
Conduct quarterly video reviews with each client to discuss their Dezerv portfolio performance,
benchmark comparisons and address any queries
Maintain regular digital engagement to provide timely updates, resolve client inquiries, and ensure seamless communication
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
Drive portfolio growth by initiating SIPs and securing additional capital commitments to expand client wallet share
Analyze client portfolios and recommend optimization strategies in line with Dezerv’s investment philosophy
What we expect:
Minimum 3+ years of relevant portfolio advisory experience in financial services
like Banks, NBFC’s & AMCs
Robust understanding of: Mutual Funds, Fixed Income / Bonds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) and asset allocation strategies
Good academic credentials, such as an MBA from a top B-school, CFA Level 2/3, or CA
Strong alignment toward sales and client relationship management
Deep knowledge of financial ma
