Job Description:
LMC Architects is looking for a highly skilled and exceptionally efficient Architect to join our team in Mumbai. We require a candidate with upto 5 years of skilled work experience in Architecture and Interior Design.

We are seeking a dedicated professional with hands-on site knowledge, strong project management skills, and a proven ability to handle their responsibilities thoroughly while being a proactive team player.
We specialize in high-end luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial/turnkey projects across India and the Netherlands. We expect the candidate to have direct experience in this exclusive domain.

Requiremets:
Experience: Up to 5 years of professional work experience.
Specialization: Must have significant experience in High-end and Luxury Residential and Interior Projects, with a strong emphasis on Hospitality.
Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of AutoCAD, V-ray, SketchUp, Enscape, and Photoshop.
Design & Technical Skills:
Enthusiasm for conceptual and creative design development.
Good understanding of BOQs (Bills of Quantities).
Developing initial estimates on structure costs, building time, and special requirements.
Communication & Management:
Communicating productively with the team and clients.
Ensuring all vital information and documentation is recorded and maintained.

Location: Churchgate, Mumbai (Work from office only)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
