Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Solution Architect with 6 to 10 years of experience in Supply Chain and Logistics solutions, including extensive expertise in Oracle Transportation Management Cloud. The candidate will be responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing end-to-end transportation management solutions, driving digital transformation initiatives, and collaborating with business stakeholders to optimize logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable OTM solutions.
Define solution architecture, integration strategy, and deployment roadmap for transportation and logistics processes.
Configure and optimize OTM modules including:
Order Management
Shipment Planning
Carrier Management
Freight Rating & Billing
Transportation Execution
Visibility & Event Management
Logistics Network Modeling




Design integrations between OTM and enterprise applications such as ERP, WMS, TMS, EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP, and third-party carrier systems.
Provide technical leadership during solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support phases.
Conduct architecture reviews and recommend best practices for performance, scalability, and security.
Lead workshops, solution demonstrations, and stakeholder discussions.
Support pre-sales activities including solution proposals, effort estimations, and RFP responses.
Mentor functional and technical team members and ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6 to 10 years of overall IT experience with strong Supply Chain and Logistics domain expertise.
6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Cloud implementations.
Solid understanding of transportation plan
