Role Description The Franchise Partner role at Apna Engineer is an in office position located in India, focused on establishing and growing Apna Engineer’s presence in a defined territory. The Franchise Partner will manage daily operations of the franchise unit, including overseeing training delivery, coordinating school workshops,



and ensuring consistent quality of services. This role involves developing local partnerships with schools and institutions, driving sales and marketing activities, and managing financial performance to meet agreed business targets. The Franchise Partner will also be responsible for recruiting and guiding local trainers, maintaining brand standards, and collaborating with Apna Engineer’s central team for program updates, reporting, and support.
