We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with 7+ years of experience to build and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI applications, LLM solutions, and AI Agents.

Must-Have Skills
7+ years of experience in AI/ML, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
Strong hands-on Python development experience.
Hands-on experience with LLMs and Prompt Engineering.
Solid experience building GenAI applications and RAG pipelines.
Hands-on experience building AI Agents using frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or PydanticAI.
Experience with AI-augmented development tools — Cursor is mandatory or experience with similar tools such as GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or Codeium.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, Git, and modern software development practices.
Experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, or event-driven architectures.
Exposure to Azure / Databricks is preferred.
Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud-based AI/ML deployments.
Good to Have
Experience with MLOps / LLMOps, model monitoring, and production AI systems.
Knowledge of AI security, governance, and enterprise deployment practices.
Experience working with Jenkins, Jira and Confluence.
