Role Summary

The Assistant Manager will lead Buy Desk operations supporting global stakeholders, manage a team of analysts, drive P2P process excellence, and ensure achievement of service delivery, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Buy Desk Analysts and Senior Analysts
Own day-to-day Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations
Manage stakeholder relationships and escalations
Drive SLA, KPI, productivity, quality, and compliance performance
Lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives
Support supplier onboarding, PO lifecycle management,



and issue resolution
Partner with Sourcing, Finance, AP, and Business teams globally
Provide operational reporting, governance, and business insights
Ensure adherence to procurement policies and controls
Support global transformations, migrations, and process standardization efforts

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or related field
10–15 years of procurement, shared services, or P2P operations experience
Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience
Strong understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Indirect Procurement operations
Experience with SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, JDE, HICX or similar ERP platforms
Lean Six Sigma or process improvement certification
Experience in global shared services or CoE environments
