Work closely with prospective students and ensure an exceptional admissions experience
Analyze funnel metrics, run experiments, and improve conversions
Build processes, trackers, and SOPs that help the team scale
Plan and execute high-impact events, campaigns, and candidate experiences

High agency and an ownership mindset
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Comfort with data, Google Sheets, and making decisions using metrics
