Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and shortlisting candidates across multiple departments.
Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media platforms, networking tools, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Maintain strong communication with applicants throughout the hiring journey, ensuring clarity, transparency, and a positive experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements, define role expectations, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and documentation to ensure efficient hiring operations.
Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, offer discussions,



and onboarding processes.
Build and strengthen Maayasthra by representing the organisation’s culture, values, and growth opportunities professionally.

Key Requirements
1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition, preferably in creative, technology, or agency environments.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate evaluation techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to assess both technical competencies and cultural fit.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining hiring quality and timelines.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and perform effectively in a quick-paced environment.
