Role Description
Full-time, on-site role based at Dorika Hospital, Tezpur, Assam
Responsible for overseeing nursing operations in a designated area and ensuring high standards of patient care.
Managing nursing staff schedules, supervising daily workflows on the units, and coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support secure and efficient care delivery.
Monitoring quality indicators, implements clinical and operational protocols,



and ensures compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
Mentoring and coaching nurses, supporting training and orientation, managing resources and supplies, and participating in interdisciplinary meetings to address patient needs and service improvements.

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong Nursing Management skills, including staff supervision, workflow coordination, and resource planning.
Candidates should possess Nursing and Patient Care skills, with a solid foundation in clinical practice and compassionate, evidence-based care.
Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (or equivalent) and valid nursing registration/license.
4+ years of experience in a hospital setting, including prior leadership or charge nurse responsibilities.
Strong communication, conflict-resolution, and team-building abilities, with proficiency in documentation and basic hospital informat
