Job Summary: The Test Chapter Lead combines subject matter technical expertise




with strong leadership and mentoring capabilities to support and develop a team
of test engineers (the “Chapter”) working in different Value Streams across the
organization. The person filling the role will be responsible for the
professional development, coaching, and growth of individuals within the
chapter, as well as driving alignment with organizational goals and ensuring
high-quality delivery. Additionally, this person is expected to develop and
maintain testing procedures, checklists, and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, mentor, and coach a group of professionals in the Test Chapter,
ensuring technical excellence and continuous learning.
* Act as a point of contact for the chapter's members, advocating for their
needs, providing guidance, and resolving conflicts when necessary.
* Ensure that all work within the chapter aligns with Agile principles,
including iterative development, collaboration, and rapid feedback loops.
